Tebogo has 10 years of experience in the Education Sector having worked in Canada and Botswana. She has been working at the critically acclaimed Maru-a-Pula School since 2010. Her skills in stakeholder management and event planning were key in her role as Alumni Affairs Coordinator where she played a pivotal role in increasing alumni and corporate donations. Spurred by her experience in the Rotary Youth Exchanges she is now the school’s Student Exchanges Coordinator, responsible for running a bustling student exchange program from Botswana to over 10 schools in Asia, Europe and the United States with aims to expand the program in Africa. She has been an active member of the Rotary Club of Gaborone since 2011 and is currently serving her term as President of the club. She holds a Bachelor of Science from University of British Columbia, Canada and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the University of Botswana.
